MAC Adopted

Dear Mac was with Birmingham Dogs home, and we were asked by Kelly-Joy Sherwood, Animal Lifeline if we would accept him into the rescue-of course we said ‘yes please’. The team coordinated the transport, and we met at Tebay Truck Stop last Saturday afternoon to bring him into foster with us in North Yorkshire. Mac is just 4 yrs old, microchipped, vaccinated, he is now castrated, flea and worm treated, we booked him into our vets yesterday(Wednesday 20th July) and he has now had a full check over, dew claws, and long nails trimmed, anal glands emptied. We are treating his sore ears twice daily with ear cleaner and meds, and hope to get him booked in for grooming soon. Mac has settled in so well with our other dogs, loves being outside, and then loves to snuggle on a sofa, and gives lovely kisses. Dear Mac went for grooming yesterday, so I have just updated the pictures of this handsome, loving Westie, who is not quite ready for rehoming xx

Dear Mac has now been adopted by a lovely couple who adopted another westie from me also named Mac back in 2012, unfortunately, Mac went over the Rainbow Bridge last year, so they have adopted our dear Mac,and have renamed him Bobby, he has settled in so well with them
